In order for us to continue the best customer service possible, we have enclosed a few basic Terms & Conditions which must be agreed upon between Baby Bouquets & Gifts Ltd.'s customers before business transactions can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation.

Colors & Sizes
We try our very best to make every color of our items on the website true to its actual color. However, please be aware that every monitor displays colors differently, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor color is accurate. All size specifications posted on our website we try to adhere to, but at times, we may have to substitute for a larger size (at no extra charge to the customer).

Warranty
If you receive your Baby Bouquet in a less-than-satisfactory condition, you may return it within 5 days from the delivery date to receive a full refund. When necessary, due to limited availability from suppliers, Baby Bouquets & Gifts reserves the right to make substitutions of products of equal or greater value. Because our products are made by hand, there may be slight variations to the initial appearance of the bouquet.

Privacy and Security
Baby Bouquets & Gifts will not release any personal information belonging to our customers, to persons or entities outside our business without their consent, unless required by law or unless it involves an outsourced contractor for internal functions.
