    1. 2CO www.2checkout.com accepts all manner of payments from North American and International buyers.

    2Checkout.com is an authorized reseller for goods and service provided by Baby Bouquets and Gifts Ltd.

    2. PayPal

    PayPal is an authorized reseller for goods and service provided by Baby Bouquets and Gifts Ltd.  Note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

    No credit card or account information is collected by Baby Bouquets and Gifts Ltd.

  2. Are PayPal and 2CO safe to use?


    PayPal and 2CO protect your financial information with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use on of our resellers, your financial informaiton is keyed directly onto their servers and is not recorded nor received by Baby Bouquets and Gifts Ltd. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

    Customers of 2Checkout can rest easy when making purchases as they are protected by 2Checkout’s Safe Shopping Guarantee.

    • The 2Checkout.com Shopping Guarantee protects you when you buy from 2Checkout.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. Period.
    • If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided by a 2Checkout.com partner, contact us immediately. We will intercede and work to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of all parties. If the matter cannot be resolve we will issue credits as necessary.

  4. Do I have to make a payment online? (2CO)


    Checkout does not offer a service to order over the telephone or by mailing in a check for an order. Customers must place the order online using the vendors website and checkout with 2Checkout.com.

    2Checkout does offer an online check payment method which may be used as a bank transfer payment method. This would allow customers to initiate a transfer directly from their bank account to 2Checkout for an order.

  5. Can I use ATM debit purchase method? (2CO)


    Purchasing goods through 2Checkout using your ATM Debit card is quick and easy.

    When you are ready to pay for your purchase, you will be presented with a Payment Methods page where you want to select the “Debit” option.

    Our purchase routine will then ask you for the number of your debit card. Since debit cards and credit cards work virtually in the same manner, this screen should look similar to if you were purchasing with a credit card.

    Once you have entered your card details and clicked the “Next” button, 2Checkout will then begin a secure connection with AccuLynk, the ATM Debit processing service. Once it has established the secure connection, you will then be asked if you really do want to process your card as an ATM Debit card, or you can click the “Cancel” button to process the number you entered as a standard credit card. Please note that PaySecure currently supports the NYCE, PULSE And ACCEL/Exchange networks. If your debit card cannot be processed by the PaySecure network it will be run as a signature debit and you will not be prompted to enter your PIN number.
