Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed online 24/7 via our secure server at www.babybouquetsandgifts.com. Alternatively, orders can also be placed via phone Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (MST) by calling 1-866-732-1070

Q: Do I need to set up an account to order online?

A: No. You can place an order as a guest and no order information will be saved for subsequent orders.

Q: backtotop1.pngWhat is the advantage of setting up an account with Baby Bouquets and Gifts, and does it cost anything?
A: Setting up an account is free and gives you access to many more features of our website including

  • Remember Me - to save your billing information (excluding credit card details) to make orders quicker and easier.
  • Address Book – to make sending to favourite people quicker and easier.
  • Order History – See past orders including message card and photos along with the ability to resend the same gift again to someone else.
  • Build a Wish list of your favourite gift ideas, email them or print them as your personal brochure. Wish lists can be saved for later access.

Q: Are your prices in US or Canadian dollars?
A: All our prices are in Canadian dollars and will be settled in Canadian funds.

A: Baby Bouquets and Gifts accepts all major credit cards, such as MasterCard and Visa. We also gladly accept PayPal.                                                          

Q: How much is the Tax?
A: In Canada, the tax will be applied to the province of delivery as outlined the Place of Supply Rules - June 2010.  Deliveries made outside of Canada are not subject to taxes.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Edmonton, Alberta. All of our bouquets/gift baskets ship from our Edmonton workshop.

Q: Do you ship the U.S.?
A: Yes. At this time we ship within Canada and to the Unites States. Please be aware we are not responsible for custom duty charges.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We offer flat rate shipping to Canada and U.S. via CanPar as follows:

  • Shipping to anywhere in Canada is 9.99 CAD
  • Shipping to anywhere in the U.S is 12.99 CAD

backtotop1.pngTransit time is 1 to 10 business days, both in Canada and US, depending on the place of delivery. Delivery usually takes less than 10 business days for most provinces of Canada and for the US. If you need a more accurate estimate of transit time please feel free to give us a call or e-mail us.

For faster delivery you can chose other delivery methods on your checkout via Canada Post.

Q: If I place an order today, when will it ship?
A:  All orders are fresh handmade. Crafting of a bouquet is specially time consuming, but we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. We guarantee that your order will be shipped within the next 24 hours,  excluding weekends and holidays. Once you have entered the destination address online, you will be given delivery option for the destination area. If you need a rush order please contact us at 1-866-732-1070.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A:  Yes we do!   However, you'll need to checkout using Canada Post and flat rate won't apply.

Q:  Can I pick up my order from you?
A:  Yes. Please give us a call to 1-866-732-1070 before placing the order. Your bouquet/basket will be ready for pick up from our workshop in Edmonton on the date selected.

Q: Can you customize a bouquet or basket?
A:  Yes. For bouquets you may prefer to use the Create your Own feature in our website to build a custom bouquet yourself. We can customize any of our existing bouquet or gift basket designs, or even create a design that fits your needs and preferences. Please email us or call us to 1-866-732-1070 and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q: Can we include our company’s promotional material to your baskets?
A: Yes. We will be happy to discuss how we can incorporate your promotional material into our baskets. At Baby Bouquets and Gifts we do not charge any additional fees to include your promotional material.

Q: How much does it cost to include a personalized gift card to your gift baskets?
backtotop1.pngA:  It’s free! Baby Bouquets and Gifts offers complimentary gift cards with all our gifts. All you need to do is fill out the form with the desired message at the time of ordering. Please remember to add your name so the recipient knows who the gift is coming from.
