At Baby Bouquets & Gifts our customers always come first. Therefore, we promise to make every business transaction as comfortable and rewarding as possible. In order for us to continue the best customer service possible, we have enclosed a few basic Terms & Conditions which must be agreed upon between Baby Bouquets & Gifts' customers before business transactions can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation.
Because our products are made by hand, every bouquet is unique, so there may be variations to the initial appearance of the bouquet on our website or promotional material. When necessary, Baby Bouquets & Gifts reserves the right to substitute any unavailable item in bouquets and gift baskets for one of equal or greater value, without any additional charge. Substitutions will be made to our discretion, and the client will not be notified unless the resulting overall design is drastically different from what is represented on our web site.
Colors & Sizes: We try our very best to make every color of our items on the website true to its actual color. However, please be aware that every monitor displays colors differently and we cannot guarantee that your monitor color is accurate. All size specifications posted on our website we try to adhere to, but at times, we may have to substitute for a larger size.
Warranty: If you receive your Baby Bouquet in a less-than-satisfactory condition, you may return it within 5 days from the delivery date to receive a full refund.
Availability: Should any bouquet/basket you have ordered be unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

We collect, use and disclose the personal information of our customers only to the extent required to operate our business, and we will not disclose personal information unless required by law.
Return Policy
While our products are of the highest quality, in the unlikely event there is a manufactures defect we will be more than happy to exchange this item for you when notified within 5 days of receiving it. Items must be returned to Baby Bouquets and Gifts in the same manner as they were originally shipped. Please contact us at orders@babybouquets.com or toll-free at 1-866-7321070 to discuss further details. Gift recipients please note: the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer's credit card.
Shipping Policy
All the orders ship within 24 hours after it were placed. If an order is placed on Friday, weekend or holiday, the item will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. In an attempt to keep shipping costs down for our valued customers, we have quoted standard shipping costs within Canada and U.S. using Canpar. If you need a faster delivery, you can checkout using Canada Post. For special shipping options please contact us directly at 1-866-7321070
Flat rates do not apply to P.O. Boxes. If you need to do so, please use Canada Post as your shipping option.
We are not responsible for custom duty charges.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to Baby Bouquets and Gifts for any of the following reasons: Unclaimed, No Such Address, Moved/Unknown, or an Incorrect Address was provided then a "Postal Return" fee and a "Re-Shipping" fee will be charged to have it re-sent to another address. If you choose not to re-send the package then we will happily refund you the amount of the bouquet minus the original shipping charges and the postal return fee.
